  • Reducing risk  in construction by correctly coordinating design documents.
  • Analyzing all aspects of the design including materials, site constrains and providing cost advice for alternative  designs to ensure cost controlled projects.

PROCUREMENT MANAGEMENT
  • Negotiations with the suppliers.

    • Workload of suppliers and labors.
    • Tracking of schedule and actual delivery of material.
    • Master cost sheet for smooth cash flow.
